I believe this is a quite uncommon treatment and I have no own experience but I read that injections with hyaluronic acid into the knee for treating arthrosis are not lasting long either. So maybe that's just how long it lasts. Has your doctor given you a more optimistic prediction?

Injections for ledderhose. Specifically would like to know if the results lasted long term. Did the tumors return? I had the treatment and it felt great for a few months but didn't last very long.
